We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening our network services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance DSV's market position.
  • Network Services: Collaborate with operations and overseas partners to strengthen our network services and ensure a leading market setup.
  • Sales and Quotations: Prepare and deliver freight quotations/tenders, and follow up in a timely manner to secure deals.
  • Customer Management: Manage customer pipelines and compile comprehensive sales reports for management team meetings.
  • Industry Analysis: Continuously analyze industry trends and devise solutions to meet evolving market and customer demands.
  • Sales Calls and Relationship Building: Engage directly with leads daily, conducting sales calls, and nurturing relationships to drive conversions.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently exceed predefined sales targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with prospect and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to the company's policies and code of business ethics.
