Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott International. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.

Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Business Development and Partnerships

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Reporting and Analytics

Prepare and deliver regular sales and financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to drive business improvement.

Requirements and Skills
  • Proven Sales Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Business Acumen and Analytical Skills

Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted sales strategies.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience in sales and marketing automation tools a plus.
