  • Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities with architects, dealers, hotels, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs in the region to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage and lead the sales team in the region, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high conversion and sales targets are met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region and provide feedback to the relevant teams.
  • Manage the budget for the region, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with architects, dealers, hotels, or HNIs is a plus.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Display high work commitment whenever required.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
