Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in the region, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Support in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, dealers, hotels, and HNIs in the region.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Sales Forecasts and Reports: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Manage and Lead the Sales Team: Manage and lead the sales team in the region, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high conversion & sales targets are met.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region and provide feedback to the relevant departments.
  • Manage Budget: Manage the budget for the region, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Identify Opportunities for Growth: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Continuously Improve Sales Skills: Continuously improve self-sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of years of experience in sales or a similar field.
  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with Architects, Dealers, Hotels, or HNIs: Experience working with architects, dealers, hotels, or HNIs is a plus.
