The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Key responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, implementing and managing performance review systems, and designing and facilitating training and development programs. The People and Culture Manager will also be responsible for managing employee relations, addressing conflicts, and promoting open communication. Additionally, they will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement. **Key Responsibilities:**
