  • Participate actively in consumer research, brand, social, and sales analytics discussions to ensure our work aligns seamlessly with client metrics.
  • Responsible for writing the formal brief and providing the ideal environment for creative development, combining market data, qualitative research, and product knowledge.
  • Perform competitive analysis of brands, experiences, and campaigns using analytics, and work with account teams and experience strategy teams to identify new ideas and opportunities with existing clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and delegate to junior planners/planners, and participate in all consumer research and brand/social/sales analytics conversations.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and meet client objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Strategic Planning Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Brand Architecture, Qualitative & Quantitative Research Methodologies, Strategic Marketing, and Brand Management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
