Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our CEO and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior executives to develop and prioritize key business initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Executive Support: Manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide expert guidance to department heads to enhance team efficiency.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of purposeful meetings, establish key performance indicators, and monitor progress.
  • Risk Management: Analyze company operations, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Communication: Represent the CEO in responding to inquiries, conduct well-organized meetings, and suggest improvements across organizational aspects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic or executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong leadership and advisory skills, proficiency in analyzing business operations, and excellent communication skills.
