Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Business Development Manager to join our team at Autodesk. As a key member of our partner management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building impactful relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Management: Be the guide of your assigned partners on their path to Solution Provider, ensuring common vision between Autodesk and Partner.
  • Relationship Building: Build impactful relationships, act as the main contact for partner principals, management, and respective teams.
  • Business Planning: Drive annual business planning, identifying areas of investment and supporting its execution.
  • Quarterly Growth Initiatives: Drive quarterly growth initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Support collaboration between partners and Autodesk teams to drive business growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Capture and report on Partner pipeline to ensure visibility and alignment.
  • Quarterly Sales Results: Recap quarterly sales results with partners and help set focus areas and goals for upcoming quarters.
  • Project Participation: Participate in specific projects relating to growth of indirect business.
  • Operational Support: Ensure operational support to ensure seamless partner experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Strong command or native level of Turkish language and business fluency in English language.
  • Experience: 3+ years experience in partner management in IT Software market.
  • Market Understanding: Understanding of market dynamics in SaaS business model.
  • Relationship Building: Experience building and maintaining relationships with partners.
  • Negotiation Skills: C-level experience negotiating at executive level.
