Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Kinetic Business Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the line manager to develop and execute strategic sales, marketing, and pricing plans, budgets, forecasts, and objectives.
  • Pursue Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Achieve Sales Growth: Consistently convert leads into accounts to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers when required.
  • Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status related to assigned products.
  • Liaise with Suppliers: Collaborate with suppliers on technical and purchasing matters.
  • Present Market Feedback: Present market feedback and sales/development reports to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
