Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Match and allocate payments according to the Cash Allocation Authority Matrix.

  • Follow premium chasing, escalation, and cancellation procedures based on workflow and KPIs.

  • Execute operational tasks efficiently, including filing proof of payment, chasing/escalation, and cancellation emails, per Credit Control Policy and Procedure manual.

  • Maintain communication with external and internal departments for smooth operations.

  • Track premiums after chaser, escalation, NOC or cancellation.

  • Generate premium invoices upon request, in coordination with Underwriting and Underwriting Operations teams.

  • Complete additional duties assigned by Credit Control Supervisor/Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Experience Required: 0-1 year(s) of experience.

  • Languages: Fluent English written and oral skills required.

  • Key Competencies: Good computer skills, attention to details, financial knowledge.
