Job Title: Sales Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Taj Al Safa Real Estate Development. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell properties using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the real estate market.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and sales-closing skills.
  • Goal-oriented, and dynamic to achieve the sales target and closing business deals.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - Arabic and English an added advantage.
