Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the sales team provides high-quality service and after-sales support.
  • Market Assessment: Conduct regular market visits to evaluate operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product owners, finance, and other stakeholders to stay informed about current offers and competitor movements.
  • Customer Support: Oversee the resolution of customer cases with the support function.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize all operations related to the channel to ensure maximum efficiency.
