About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Performance Manager to join our team at Umniah. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Teams: Foster a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any gaps.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product owners, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Ensure Sales Quality and After-Sales Service: Implement processes to ensure high-quality sales interactions and effective after-sales service.
  • Market Assessment and Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market assessments and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Customer Case Management: Work with the support function to resolve customer cases in a timely and effective manner.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to ensure efficient sales operations.
