Key Responsibilities



* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring seamless communication.

* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, aligning with the company's growth strategy.

* Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our solutions and value proposition, highlighting the benefits of our services.

* Coordinate with internal teams, such as Product Development and Customer Support, to ensure timely and effective implementation and support for clients.

* Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs and concerns.

* Proven track record of success in business development and account management, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

* Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
