Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Experience Specialist. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our EOR employees, handling complex people-related matters, and driving the EOR employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Expertise: Provide expert HR support to our EOR employees, handling complex people-related matters, and driving the EOR employee lifecycle.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Own and drive the EOR employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits.
  • Admin Support: Provide administrative support, including generation of reports, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration.
  • Local Experience: Provide a high-touch local experience where required, and help the product and operations team create systems that can scale with Deel.
Requirements
  • International HR Experience: 5+ years of international HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify, scope, and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues.
  • Data-Driven: Experience using data to drive decision-making and improve response times and employee experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom, or other ticketing tools.
