Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to managers and employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Organization
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments with minimal disruption to the team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact lists
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain a filing system that is easily accessible and organized
- Book travel arrangements and submit expense reports
- Office Management
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking and managing office supplies
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
