Sales Discipline:

• Accurately track and update the sales pipeline and revenue for the lounge.

• Maintain a disciplined approach to account management and tracking of sales calls.

• Regularly update client account information.

• Adhere to all sales procedures and processes.

• Maintain effective control of the local sales budget and expenses.

Relationship Management:

•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

•Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

•Liaise with internal departments to articulate clients’ needs accurately (e.g., operations, IT, legal, finance, marketing).

•Render sales support to the local and regional sales teams in all aspects.

Marketing and Brand Awareness:

• implement integrated marketing activities to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales stimulation, contributing to visitation and revenue generation for the Plaza Premium Lounge in Jordan.

• Collaborate with HQ on social media profiles and quality content on platforms like X, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn specifically for the Jordanian market.

• Build and maintain relationships with local press, bloggers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to maximize brand and product publicity.

• Collaborate with regional design office/ teams in executing marketing and PR campaigns for the Jordanian market.

• Collaborate with regional design office/ on develop marketing collateral based on brand guidelines to support sales and marketing activities for the lounge.

• Implement customer service responses to common complaints and processes for their resolution.

• Work closely with the eCommerce team to implement digital marketing campaigns and maintain local promotional updates on the brand website.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce effective promotional materials for the lounge.

• Support Business Development and Sales with marketing collateral to secure new business and revenue opportunities.

• Conduct regular market research and analysis on the market landscape, competitors, consumer behaviors, and media consumption for effective marketing planning in Jordan.

• Plan and implement marketing efforts for new business and product launches within the lounge.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience where 5 years sales experience at a managerial level, preferably in the hospitality or aviation industry.

• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

• Strong working knowledge of email campaign systems and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).

•Excellent project management, time management, and team collaboration skills.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
