Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at 2coms, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for your assigned territory, ensuring timely and effective delivery of sales results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Technical Engineering Background: A strong technical engineering background, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Industry Knowledge: A broad network of contacts within the steel pipe industry, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Adaptability: Open-minded and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing market conditions and organizational strategies.
  • Sales Experience: A record of accomplishment in sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel (50% time) covering the assigned region, with a valid driving license.
