Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at 2coms, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage sales pipeline, and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve market share.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with sales teams, provide guidance and support, and contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the steel pipe industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate sales teams, provide guidance and support, and contribute to a positive team culture.
