Capital Bank of Jordan is looking for a Relationship Manager – Select Segment to manage clients’ accounts and portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual set financial targets.
- Provide new and existing clients with a full suite of Capital Bank’s products and services ensuring up-selling and cross-selling.
- Manage clients’ portfolio ensuring profitability and growth.
- Client relationship management to identify and maximize new business opportunities, understand clients’ requirements, and needs.
- Ensure efficiency and superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
