Optimiza is seeking a talented and experienced CMS Adobe Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering robust and scalable digital experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain AEM-based content management solutions, including custom components, templates, and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure successful delivery of digital experiences.
  • Implement best practices for AEM development, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to web standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to AEM and provide expertise in resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Stay current with Adobe's product offerings and new features, integrating them into existing projects where appropriate.
  • Document development processes, project specifications, and technical architecture for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and management.
  • Proficient in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of AEM components, templates, and OSGi architecture.
  • Experience with integrating AEM with third-party services and APIs.
  • Familiarity with content delivery networks (CDN) and performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adobe certifications related to AEM development are a plus.
