Optimiza is looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Designer and Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality multimedia content that engages our audience and effectively communicates our brand message. Your expertise in design and video editing will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts and building our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce visually captivating graphics, animations, and videos for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and storytelling techniques that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar) to edit video footage, create motion graphics, and design layouts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all multimedia content while maintaining high production standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in multimedia design and video production, incorporating new techniques and styles as appropriate.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance multimedia projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in multimedia design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience in creating engaging video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, and social media clips.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual media.
