The UI/UX Designer creates user-friendly digital interfaces by combining user research, wireframing, and prototyping skills. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, they ensure designs meet project objectives and enhance user experience. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to staying updated on design trends and technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
  • Develop user personas, user flows, and wireframes to conceptualize and design intuitive user experiences that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Create visually appealing and functional user interface designs, including mockups, prototypes, and design specifications, using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
  • Design interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement and delight, ensuring seamless transitions and intuitive interactions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions and ensure design feasibility and implementation.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing results, refining and improving designs to achieve optimal user experience.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and coherence across digital products and platforms.
  • Ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines, making digital products accessible to users of all abilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in visual design or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant position.
Preferred Skills
  • • Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin, InVision App, Figma or other user experience and user interface tools.
  • Good Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Python, react native and JavaScript.
