Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across various sectors, including products and services.
  • Conducting market research and engaging in intensive negotiations with potential customers to secure new business.
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships, ensuring effective negotiations to maintain and grow both current and future business opportunities.
  • Supporting the investment processes for current and future projects in relevant business sectors.
  • Manage risk and perform due diligence for the relevant business areas.
  • Provide support and maintain effective communication with the General Manager and the business development team to assist with tasks, including preparing and distributing reports, presentations, bidding documents, meeting minutes, and other necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project milestone completion.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and monitor the progress of projects.
  • Provide regular project updates to the General Manager and relevant departments on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure, mobility, chemical, and other potential projects across different business sectors in Jordan and the broader MEA region.
Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in business development or consulting.
  • Background in business consultancy, project management, or industries like Oil & Gas, Power Generation (conventional or renewable), or engineering is advantageous.
  • Strong project management and numerical skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining an analytical approach to decision-making.
