We are seeking a skilled ERP Consultant to join our team at Optimiza. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems implementation and will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients' operational processes through effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing processes and identify areas for improvement through ERP solutions.
  • Lead ERP implementations, configurations, and integrations in accordance with client specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration and system integration.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on ERP functionality, ensuring user competency and satisfaction.
  • Document all configurations, processes, and training materials for client reference.
  • Stay updated on the latest ERP trends and technologies to provide innovative recommendations.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and provide project status updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with a focus on system implementation and configuration.
  • Proven experience with leading ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and understanding of their modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
