With a strong presence in the MENA region and support for the Arabic language, the platform focuses on delivering practical, job-relevant education that drives professional growth and organizational success. _______________________________________________________________ Job Summary:We are looking for an Operations Manager for one of our clients to ensure their Web Division operates as a cohesive, efficient, and high-performing unit. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining division-wide operating models, performance frameworks, and compliance standards. This role is crucial in enabling sustainable growth and reliable delivery across all functions including engineering, product, product design, QA, and project management.You will work closely with division leaders (Head Product Owner, Engineering Manager, Product Design Lead), focusing on building and maintaining the processes, metrics, and talent infrastructure that drive our success. ________________________________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Operational Strategy & Efficiency:Implement and continuously improve division-wide operational standards and SOPsEnsure division-wide consistency of sprint planning processesFacilitate sprint alignment meetings across teams and support quarterly operational reviewsIdentify inefficiencies and bottlenecks across teams, implementing process improvements Performance Management:Support the division's performance review framework across all rolesMonitor division KPIs (velocity, SLA adherence, delivery predictability, etc.)Provide regular operational insights and reports to the Web Division Manager Talent & Organizational Development Partner with HR on talent acquisition for division needsHelp define career paths, role expectations, and onboarding processesSupport professional growth opportunities and continuous learning Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to quality, security, and documentation standardsAssist with operational audits, postmortems, and risk assessmentsSupport business continuity and operational resilience efforts Cross-Team AlignmentFacilitate collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Product DesignHelp ensure all teams work within a consistent framework __________________________________________________________________ Why Join Us Join a growing SaaS organization as a key operations leaderWork at the heart of innovation, learning, and technologyHelp create an environment where teams can perform at their bestCompetitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities
