Job Opportunity: Technical Content Developer">

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Developer to create high-quality documentation that drives the success of our products and services.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to understand software specifications, workflows, and functionalities. This includes:

  1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of product requirements and workflows;
  2. Developing comprehensive business documents and user manuals in both English and Arabic;
  3. Maintaining version control and ensuring consistency across all documentation;
  4. Reviewing and regularly updating existing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness;

Responsibilities also include:

  • Producing high-quality documentation that meets company standards and is tailored to the target audience;
  • Translating business and technical documents between English and Arabic, ensuring clarity and structure for both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Proofreading technical and business documents prior to delivery;

Requirements for this role include:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
  2. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role;
  3. Excellent command of both English and Arabic (spoken and written);
  4. Good team player and commitment to timelines;
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  6. Strong writing skills with proven experience in a related field;
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Tools; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint;
  8. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and diagramming tools;
  9. Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC);
  10. Experience working with cross-functional teams;
  11. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments;

While not required, prior experience in the payments domain is a plus.
