Junior BPR Specialist

Optimiza is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior BPR (Business Process Reengineering) Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will support the analysis and redesign of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will work closely with senior BPR specialists and various departments to gain hands-on experience in process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in mapping existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Support the collection and analysis of data related to process performance metrics.
• Participate in workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback on current processes.
• Contribute to the development of process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures.
• Help monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Assist in research and benchmarking best practices in business process management.
• Provide administrative support to senior BPR specialists, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management (internships or relevant academic projects are acceptable).
• Basic understanding of process mapping and improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn about data analysis and process evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
• A genuine interest in business process reengineering and continuous improvement.
