### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our global application support team at ZagTrader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers worldwide.

### Key Responsibilities

* Perform daily operational tasks, including completing change requests, resolving trouble tickets, server monitoring, and problem triage.
* Develop and implement high-performance SQL queries and stored procedures to optimize database performance.
* Manage and administer database environments to ensure data integrity and security.
* Collaborate with the development team to provide detailed information for product improvement and to verify the quality of the product.
* Analyze user requirements and troubleshoot desktop, network, and systems problems.
* Work under supervision and direction from more senior-level roles to prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
* Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and build strong relationships with them.
* Document processes and update knowledge base to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.

### Requirements

* Strong technical skills and experience in database administration and SQL development.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
