About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Partnership Lead to join our team at Arab Bank. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, increasing engagement, and optimizing customer retention through creative growth hacking exercises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead the effort to identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with other organizations, fintech companies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, providing insights to shape our business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry players to foster business growth and collaboration.
  • Work closely with business and technical entities to plan and implement commercial activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights for management review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • +5 years of proven experience in business development, B2B, and preferably in the digital banking, financial services industry, or tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a record of accomplishment of driving business growth.
  • Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
