Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Fosroc. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, answer, direct, and identify customer's needs, orders and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication and provide proper solutions.
  • Generate, update and maintain all the needed customer records, PO's, dispatch on the company ERP system.
  • Coordinate the PO's with sales team, procurement & Logistics team, Operations Teams and follow up on clients orders until finish goods are received to end clients and provide after sales service as per the company quality standards.
  • Issue invoices after placing the PO's on the system & update sales and accounting team.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and participate in customer satisfaction surveys and feedback.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in freight forwarding.
  • Experience in construction chemicals field.
  • (preferable) Excellent Interpersonal skills ERP/ CRM knowledge.
  • Computer Literacy (E mailing, MS Office, MS Project, Internet, etc).
  • Min 1 -2 years' experience in customer service.
  • Excellent command of English Spoken & Written.
