Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Relationship Management: Execute sales and relationship management objectives, monitor clients, and ensure ongoing achievement of targets.
  • Objective Setting and Planning: Assist in preparing Payments and Acquiring annual objectives, target lists, and action plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve department objectives.
  • Market and Product Expertise: Stay updated on market development, competition, and solutions delivered by banks in the peer group, becoming a subject matter expert in Payments and Acquiring related products and services.
  • Client Engagement and Sales: Introduce Payments and Acquiring products and services to existing and new clients, ensuring sales and relationship targets are met.
  • Proposal and Agreement Management: Manage preparation, negotiation, and execution of proposals and agreements according to the bank's policies and procedures.
