Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with restaurants. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and implementing effective solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and execute plans to increase revenue and market share through partnerships with restaurants.
  • Account Management: Manage existing restaurant accounts, ensuring timely menu updates, and optimizing content to enhance the customer experience.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing operational issues, and providing exceptional service.
  • Menu Management: Ensure menus are up-to-date and accurate, and work with restaurants to optimize their content.
  • Commission Rate Renegotiation: Negotiate commission rates with restaurants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Advertisement Sales: Acquire and maintain high-quality menu images, branding, and promotional materials for restaurants.
  • Promotions and Vouchers: Develop and implement promotions, vouchers, and food coupons to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Transmission Method Optimization: Work with restaurants to implement efficient transmission methods, such as track order features and WLA.
  • Digitalization: Encourage restaurants to adopt digital solutions, including backlinks, splash pages, and online payment gateways.
