Technical Support Role at Midis Group

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Midis Group. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our sales team, partners, and end-users.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical specifications, details, and comparisons of competitive models to ensure accurate and timely support.

* Support the direct manager in delivering tender specifications and request for proposals (RFPs) for assigned products, ensuring seamless communication with vendors and stakeholders.

* Analyze technical issues based on defined support processes and procedures, reporting actions and resolutions accordingly.

* Respond to technical issues raised by partners and end-users in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining strong relationships and achieving full satisfaction on technical and RMA issues.

* Foster effective communication with assigned vendors to secure full support on technical issues related to product equipment/supplies.

* Assist in presenting effective proof-of-concept (POC) and demonstration (demo) presentations to partners and end-users.

* Ensure compliance with vendor rules and regulations, as well as Midis Group's internal policies and procedures.

* Develop and maintain solid relationships with internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
