Key Account Manager

At Umniah, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers to gain a deep understanding of their business priorities, needs, and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key customers to identify business opportunities and provide valuable solutions.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Conduct market trend analysis to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities across key accounts.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals that profitably satisfy customer business needs.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with relevant technology suppliers to identify business opportunities and provide valuable customer solutions.
  • Marketing Coordination: Work with the Customer Marketing team to ensure that all product and service marketing campaigns are coordinated within and across key accounts to maximize value.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex business data and develop effective sales strategies.
