Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Contact Center Executive to join our team at ARAMEX. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our company's products or services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, and actively listen to customers' needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer problems and complaints while following company policies and procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in our database or CRM system.
  • Call Management: Efficiently manage call time and ensure prompt response to customer inquiries.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with product or service knowledge and participate in ongoing training programs.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet performance metrics and targets, such as call handling times, quality scores, as specified by the employer.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and feedback to supervisors on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused attitude, patience, empathy, and the ability to manage challenging customer interactions.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability: Adaptability to change.
  • Shift Flexibility: Shift flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure.
  • Typing Speed: A medium to high typing speed is required.
