Enterprise Account Manager

Deel is a global team that helps businesses hire anyone, anywhere, easily. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning a targeted account list and developing account plans for winning business. You will meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets by continually developing a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development rep, and managing inbound prospects.
You will navigate an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-Level decision makers. You will also keep Salesforce up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role. You will also need to have demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executives.
We are looking for a hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning. You will also need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic.
