Human Resources Associate

At Progressive Generation Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key tasks, including:
- Posting job advertisements on various platforms and screening resumes to ensure we attract the best talent.
- Coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Conducting reference checks and preparing offer letters to welcome new team members.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork completion to ensure a seamless transition.
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing support regarding HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
- Assisting in resolving employee issues and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Helping to organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a sense of community.
- Assisting in the administration of performance appraisal processes to ensure accurate evaluations.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee performance evaluations to inform future development opportunities.
- Supporting the implementation of employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in the HRIS system to maintain compliance.
- Preparing HR-related reports and documentation as needed to inform business decisions.
- Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and leave management to ensure a fair and equitable work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and fair approach.
- Participating in audits and preparing necessary documentation to ensure compliance.
- Supporting the development of training materials and programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role or related position.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Background or experience in the animation industry is a plus.
