We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer to join our team in Amman. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing all aspects of human resources management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of HR management, policies, and practices
  • Experience handling employee relations and resolving issues

  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Previous experience in the IT Industry is required
