{"Role Summary": "We are seeking a highly skilled Fresh Food Commercial Specialist to join our team at Talabat. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our grocery store concept, tMart, across the MENA region.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing commercial strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the FF Category Manager in collecting retail audits from competition
* Visit tMart stores to monitor freshness and quality
* Visit the central market and decide on item selection
* Work on reports and admin-related duties
* Follow up with suppliers on listings, pricing, and product availability

Requirements:

* At least 3+ years of experience in progressive development and management of multiple fresh food categories
* Technical fresh food knowledge and commercial knowledge
* Detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize tasks
