Marketing & Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our app across various digital platforms.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our app, focusing on both digital and traditional media.
  • Creating compelling content for social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and our app's website to engage users and drive downloads.
  • Managing and optimizing social media profiles across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives, utilizing insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing messaging and branding.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • The ability to create engaging and relevant content tailored to specific audiences.
  • Experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
