About the Role

The Digital Growth Specialist oversees customer retention, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and referral programs, utilizing analytics and MarTech tools to drive growth across channels.

  • Manage and optimize marketing tech tools, dashboards, tags, pixels, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for BI, product, and tech teams to align on data requirements.
  • Define KPIs and reporting cadence in partnership with BI.
Key Responsibilities

A) Analytics & MarTech

Plan and execute push, in-app messaging, email campaigns, and automated journeys.

Manage customer retention and re-engagement programs.

Oversee customer engagement platforms, including Storyly and MoEngage.

B) CRM & Lifecycle

C) Loyalty & Referral Programs

Design, implement, and optimize loyalty and referral programs.

Track performance, analyze results, and propose improvements to drive growth.

Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, or retention roles.
  2. Familiarity with marketing analytics, MarTech tools, and attribution platforms.
  3. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  4. Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
