Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Broadband Marketing Lead to oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies for our Fiber & TDD home broadband services.

This role involves managing product launches, driving customer engagement, and analyzing market trends to create new products and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a clear understanding of the home broadband telecom industry.

  • Plan and execute successful product launches, working closely with different teams to ensure timely and effective go-to-market plans.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to create new products and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with different channels, and to provide training, materials, and types of help that support product awareness and drive revenue growth.
  • Work with the product development, IT, Network, and Marketing Communications departments to ensure a successful implementation and product launches as per the agreed roadmap.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of different marketing launches, providing regular reports and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure the implementation of marketing strategies for Fiber & TDD home broadband services, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.
  • Build and follow up digital customer journey.
  • Monitor products KPIs and design & implement needed corrective activities.
  • Responsible on securing churn KPIs with contribution in proactive and reactive retention strategies.
  • Accountable on launching promotions & achieving the KPIs for e-shop.
  • Accountability on devices forecast as well as stock availability.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, computer Engineering or any other related field.

Level of Experience: Intermediate Experience (5-8Yrs) in a related field.

Certifications & Licensure: Desirable: Certified Marketing Manager (CMM), PMP, Other related to Business. Master's degree in related business fields is a plus.

Tools & Systems: Essential: High analytical skills & Excellent command of Microsoft office specially excel is a must. Fluency in English language is required.

Technical Skills & Knowledge: Essential: High oral and written communication skills, Team player and lead projects, Knowledge of telecom industry and Broadband business in particular is a Plus, Projects management experience is a must, Customer Service Oriented, Creative and innovative.

Self-motivated & take Initiatives, strong analytical skills and strategic thought process.
