Our organization is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and manage various IT projects from inception through execution to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • He/She will develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
  • The selected candidate will coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • He/She will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • The IT Project Manager will conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Utilizing project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to track project performance and ensure quality deliverables.
  • A collaborative environment will be fostered by the candidate, encouraging communication across teams to maximize project efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • 4-7 years of experience in project management within the IT industry is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and objectives is a must.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization is desirable.
