Project Manager/Business Analyst

As a seasoned Project Manager and Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading various IT projects and reporting to the Project Management Office. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, stakeholders, senior executives, project teams, functional, and IT SMEs to ensure timely project delivery with high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop effective project plans.
  • Coordinate resources effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage time to meet individual and team deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business units, technology teams, and support teams.
  • Write clear and concise requirements' specifications using standard templates and tools.
  • Elicit, analyze, validate, verify, and facilitate testing of business process solutions and project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Participate in requirements prioritization, solution risk analysis, and testing processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in IT technical fields, project management, and business analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong command of English language, including speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Executive-level interpersonal relationship building, collaboration, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • A solid understanding of software development life cycles methodologies, such as SDLC and Agile.
  • Essential skills in data mapping and analysis, gap analysis, and system analysis.
  • Ability to work with data warehouses or databases and integrations is a plus.
