About the Job

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider. Our mission is to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money. We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us achieve this mission.

Responsibilities
  • Handle high-volume live chat and other online tools to provide excellent customer support.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers in Arabic and English.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Support other business units with customer liaison and accurately document customer requests.
  • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions, and options within time limits, and follow up to secure resolution.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance or e-commerce.
  • College degree or above.
  • Native-level fluency in Arabic and advanced English is mandatory to support our users in this role.
  • Previous experience with cross-functional support will be advantageous.
  • High level of honesty and integrity, proactive, and meticulous, with a sense of responsibility and team spirit.
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and aim to exceed expectations.
  • Passionate about the customer service industry and willing to work under different work shifts.
  • Positive about the crypto industry.
