About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and attentive individual to join our team as a Front Office Agent. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Room Allocation: Collaborate with the housekeeping department to allocate rooms, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction and hotel efficiency.
  • Anticipating Guest Needs: Proactively identify and address guest requirements, providing personalized solutions to enhance their stay.
  • Knowledge of Hotel Operations: Possess a thorough understanding of hotel facilities, services, and amenities, enabling you to provide expert recommendations and guidance to guests.
  • Night Shift Responsibilities: During evening shifts, you will be responsible for hotel closing procedures, cash collection, and preparing for the next day's operations.
  • Qualifications: Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
