About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Front Office Agent to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Room Allocation: Coordinate with the housekeeping department to allocate rooms, ensuring that guests are satisfied with their accommodations.
  • Anticipating Guest Needs: Proactively identify and meet the needs of our guests, providing personalized service and exceeding their expectations.
  • Knowledge of Hotel Operations: Possess a thorough understanding of our hotel's facilities, services, and amenities, enabling you to provide expert recommendations to our guests.
  • Night Shift Responsibilities: During evening shifts, you will be responsible for hotel closing procedures, cash collection, and preparing for the next day's operations.
  • Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate a strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
