Concierge Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Concierge Agent at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is memorable and unique.

• Guest Experience Expertise: Take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, from check-in to check-out.
• Operational Support: Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share the highlights of the local area to create a seamless experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure that all guest needs are met, and that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Quality and Safety: Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Physical Demands: Be on your feet and moving around for extended periods, taking a hands-on approach to work, and lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
