Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services
    Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying suitable providers. Address special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Property Information
    Collect, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Communication
    Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Contact the appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
  • Log Management
    Review shift logs and daily memo books, documenting pertinent information in logbooks. Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
  • Accident Reporting
    Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Company Policies
    Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
